- 1st Stage: Win/Loss
results of the two

the end of each match,
players must maintain
the final screenshot
and receive confirmation
from a referee
- Players
must begin with a backward
pass at kick-off of
each half.

there is a tie between
players who could advance
after full league competition
is complete:

will advance.

Precautions
- The
officially licensed
FIFA Soccer 2003 product
must be used, and no
separate patches are
allowed. (No arbitrary
changes allowed)

addition, the abilities
of teams and players
cannot be modified
arbitrarily.

WCGOC will prepare
a patch to equalize
the abilities of
all national teams
to be used for the
WCG 2003 Grand Final
